Tuition may be cancelled by giving at least 24 hours’ prior notice without charge. However, a reschedule may not be possible but I will do my best to replace a session to allow continuity. If I am unable to deliver tuition I will try to reschedule as soon as possible.
Cancellation without sufficient notice will incur full fees.

Holiday breaks for both parties will be discussed in advance. However, periods of absence for longer than 3 weeks, apart from the summer break, may result in a slot being offered to students on my waiting list, resulting in reapplication for my services.
